Purpose

The purpose of the Parking Hall of Fame is to honor the memory of those citizens, parking leaders, parking operators, planners, professors, engineers, inventors, governmental leaders, and other individuals, who have helped to make our cities great by their outstanding contributions to the establishment, development, advancement, or improvement of parking in the United States of America and/or by contributing American ingenuity to the parking sector worldwide. 

Foreign nationals may be considered for inclusion in the Parking Hall of Fame if their contribution is determined to have positively impacted parking in the United States, either directly or indirectly. 

Candidates for induction into the Parking Hall of Fame must be individuals who have demonstrated outstanding lifetime achievements to the benefit of the parking and mobility industry in one or more of the categories outlined below. Nominees must have had personal impact upon the parking industry for 20 years or more and must be at least 45 years of age. Whether the benefit is to the domestic and/or global industry, there must have been a flow-back of significant benefit to the USA.
